Address Confirmation
SMS Vanacore is here to assist you with the address confirmation process and to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for you—the rightful owner. We are a search firm engaged by companies to find shareholders or accountholders with whom the companies have lost contact, and those people have assets which are being held by the companies. If these people are not found, and contact reestablished, those assets will be turned over to the appropriate state government, based on each state’s abandoned property laws.
SMS Vanacore conducts various system searches to locate a valid address for you. We begin the process by sending you an address confirmation letter. Once you have received this notification from SMS Vanacore, simply complete all requested information, sign where indicated and return the entire original to SMS Vanacore in the envelope provided.
Upon receipt of your address information, SMS Vanacore will complete the verification process and have your account updated with your confirmed address. This information is submitted to our client, noted in the letter, who will reactivate your account, so that you will receive all scheduled mailings.
